A lot of people fail to stick to a diet because they’re forced to eat food that they hate. If you absolutely loathe broccoli, then don’t go on an all-broccoli elimination diet! It will only make you miserable and set you up for failure. Simply replace unhealthy, processed foods with healthier, homemade meals and the weight will slowly, but surely, start to come off. And remember, it’s not the end of the world if you occasionally indulge in a small piece of chocolate or cake!
