I like food.  Food likes me.  It likes to be on my hips, belly and thighs.  For the most part, I eat fairly well, but I know I need to kick up my physical activity.  Tracking my eating habits is a major area that I fail at.  Because I’m eating healthy doesn’t mean I can triple my portions.  I’m hoping that this will make me ever aware of what I’m putting in my mouth and why.  No more emotional eating for me!!!
