14.5 oz can of peaches
20 oz can of crushed pineapple
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup non-fat Greek plain yogurt
1/4 cup agave nectar (or honey)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut flavoring
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Note: For an instantly cold smoothie refrigerate or partially freeze the canned fruit before blending.
I find this to be a great breakfast or a nice fix for your sweet tooth in lieu of traditional desserts.
