Zesty Chicken Caesar Stuffed Shells
Chicken topped Caesar salad meets jumbo pasta shells for an unforgettable must have treat!
Prep time: 12 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes (minus the chicken)
Servings: 15 Servings
15 jumbo pasta shells, (We used San Giorgio)
2 cups iceberg or romaine lettuce, diced
1 Handful of cherry tomatoes sliced in half or quarters
2/3 cup cooked boneless skinless chicken, diced or shredded
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/8 teaspoon Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Regular or Light Caesar dressing
A sprinkle or two of Goya Adobo Seasoning
Cook shells. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Set aside. In a medium bowl, add all ingredients, except cooked pasta shells and mix well. Stuff each shell with 1 overflowing tablespoon.
Makes 15 stuffed shells (We ate some before we took the photo) LOL
